UPS GROUND WILL BE THE PRIMARY METHOD OF SHIPPING

HEAVY MERCHANDISE MAY REQUIRE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS SUCH AS UPS FREIGHT OR OTHER MOTOR FREIGHT CARRIERS.     CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES WILL BE CONSIGNEE'S RESPONSIBILITY.

RETURN POLICY

GOODS RETURNED FOR REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT

Returns must be authorized  by phone, only within 5 days of receipt of good.  You will be issued an RT #.  YOU MUST HAVE YOUR INVOICE WITH YOU WHEN YOU CALL.  Returns will be accepted for damaged goods, wrong merchandise, or for dissatisfaction of any kind.   You may request same product replacement or merchandise of equal value.  Returns must be sent by US Postal Service.  Only by the least expensive method.  Crystal Gifts, will pay return shipping costs only for incorrect or broken merchandise, and will not reimburse you for proof of delivery, or insurance costs or expedited delivery expenses.  The RT # must be clearly marked on the outside of the box and a copy of your invoice must be placed inside the box.  Returns will be accepted only within 22 days of receipt of goods.  Goods must be addressed to Crystal Gifts, 6940 Danele Ct., Richland Hills, TX 76118.

 GOODS RETURNED FOR REFUND

Goods may be returned for REFUND, for any reason.  You will be issued an RT #.  YOU MUST HAVE YOUR INVOICE WITH YOU WHEN YOU CALL.   Refund returns must be authorized by phone only within 5 days of receipt of goods.  Crystal Gifts will not pay for return postage cost for goods returned for refund.   You will be responsible for all shipping expenses.  The RT # must be clearly marked on the outside of the box, and a copy of your invoice must be placed inside the box.  Refund returns will be accepted only within 22 days of receipt of goods.  Goods must be returned to Crystal Gifts, 6940 Danele Ct., Richland Hills, TX 76118.    Shipments refused or returned without authorization will not be accepted.  Crystal Gifts will not accept notification of returns for replacement or returns for refund by email or by fax.   YOU MUST CALL 1-817-590-0543 TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.  YOU MUST HAVE YOUR INVOICE WHEN YOU CALL.   Crystal Gifts will make all refunds after receipt of returned goods and reserves the option of method of refund.  Failure to follow the above instructions will result in a refusal of your claim or return.
