You may request same product replacement or merchandise of equal value. Returns must be sent by US Postal Service. Only by the least expensive method. Crystal Gifts, will pay return shipping costs only for incorrect or broken merchandise, and will not reimburse you for proof of delivery, or insurance costs or expedited delivery expenses. The RT # must be clearly marked on the outside of the box and a copy of your invoice must be placed inside the box. Returns will be accepted only within 22 days of receipt of goods. Crystal Gifts will make all refunds after receipt of returned goods and reserves the option of method of refund.
